2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at vaultluno@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Products and Pricing

All jewelry is crafted from certified gold. Product descriptions, images, and availability are accurate to the best of our knowledge but are not guaranteed to be error-free. Prices are shown in USD and may be converted to cryptocurrency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of checkout for payment purposes. We may correct pricing errors, update pricing, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payments

Orders are confirmed only once full payment is received and verified at the provided crypto wallet address. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of inventory.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and processed on public blockchains outside of our control. You are solely responsible for sending the correct payment amount to the correct wallet address within any applicable time window. Luno Inc is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected funds resulting from wallet address errors, network congestion, incorrect network selection, or third-party wallet or exchange issues.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide with insured delivery and tracking. Delivery times are estimates only and vary by destination, customs processing, and carrier delays, none of which we control. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Risk of loss and title for products transfer to you upon delivery by the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of fine jewelry and the irreversibility of cryptocurrency payments, all sales are final. Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must report it to vaultluno@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence, so that we can evaluate a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or sanctions evasion
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information when placing an order
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Service without our written permission
• Use another person's payment method or wallet without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luno Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency value fluctuations, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Luno Inc and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at vaultluno@gmail.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

13. Force Majeure

Luno Inc shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, blockchain network failures or congestion, or supply chain disruptions.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Luno Inc regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
